Virtual Collections

In 2003 the Menomonee Falls Historical Society entered into an agreement with the Library Board to house the Society's valuable papers and photographs in the new Menomonee Falls Public Library. The Library offers a climate controlled environment for their preservation. Building on this initiative, in 2016, a dedicated team of volunteers began the process of digitizing these collections, enhancing accessibility and ensuring that the historical items are preserved for future generations while promoting their use by the public.

Public Library, is actively digitizing its collections to enhance accessibility by making them available online. These valuable documents are hosted on a server managed by the Milwaukee Public Library and are also mirrored on the Recollection Wisconsin website, ensuring a broad audience can explore the rich history of Menomonee Falls.
